Owner, Cheer Coach, and Choreographer
Sheldon began his cheerleading career in 2002, at only 11 years old, at Galaxy All-Stars. Sheldon continued on to Cheer Dynasty from 2004-2006, and then on to All Star Legacy from 2006-2008, where he claimed multiple National Championships at both. After graduating from Gar-field Senior High School's 3-time Regional Championship Cheer program, Sheldon moved to Miami, FL. It was there, from 2009-2011, that he cheered for Top Gun All-Stars. During that time, he won numerous NCA and Cheersport national titles, along with claiming not one, but two coveted Cheerleading Worlds titles!
Sheldon began coaching at All Star Legacy in Ashburn, Va in 2011. He then went on to join the staff at Maryland Twisters in Hanover, MD in 2014. As a coach, Sheldon has won numerous national titles, jackets, rings, choreography awards, Summit Bids and Paid Bids to the Cheerleading Worlds. Sheldon teaches camps and choreographs all over the U.S.
Owner, Gym Director, and Cheer Coach
A native of the local community, Shawnice has over 22 years of experience coaching, choreographing, judging, and consulting in the world of cheer. Her resume spans all levels and types of cheer to include recreation, high school, semi-pro, and All-Star cheerleading.
Shawnice is the current Head Cheer coach for Hylton Senior High School in Woodbridge, VA. She was awarded the 2016 Virginia 6A Coach of the Year Award, after her Bulldogs finished their season as the 2016 VHSL 6A State Championship Runner Up! Shawnice's passion for children extends into the classroom where she educates students with Special Needs.
Shawnice is a decorated All-Star Cheer coach, winning countless National and Grand Champion titles throughout her coaching career. Most recently, under her direction, her teams earned an NCA national title, Summit Bid, and a Paid Bid to the 2017 Cheerleading Worlds!
Since 2012, Iyana has competed nationally as both an all-star and high school cheerleader. During that time she was awarded multiple awards including MVP titles, the Osbourn Park “Transformer” Award, Senior Cheerleader award, and the Coaches Award for the 2017-18 season on VRA Heirs. She ended her career as an athlete in 2018 with the undefeated and Paid Summit Bid winners, Virginia Royalty Athletics Heirs, and is thrilled to begin a new chapter as an all-star coach.
She has served as the head coach of the Osbourn Park HS Sparkle Jackets inclusive cheerleading team since 2016. This team was created by Iyana during her senior year at Osbourn Park and has won numerous community awards including the Prince William County Human Rights Award and a Healthy Council Healthy Youth Local Hero Award nomination.
Outside of cheer, Iyana attends George Mason University where she is studying Clinical Psychology. She plans to one day to be a Clincal Child and Adolescent Psychologist specializing in services to children with and without disabilities.
